Sarah Baxter from Wanderlust speaks to Gastronaut and Presenter Stefan Gates

Stefan Gates is a gastronaut, and presenter of 'Cooking in the Danger Zone' BBC2 (Sundays from March 16) His latest book 'In the Danger Zone' is out now.(£15.99 www.rbooks.co.uk) The BBC comedy producer/director turned oven-monkey loves wild culinary quests, weird foods and hardcore feasting. The new series is made up of facinating culinary travelougues filmed around the world, and along the way Stefan will inform our audience what it is like to eat everything from yak penis to flies eggs.
